The challenge
Knees Engineering is a Trowbridge-based sheet-metal fabrication business delivering projects from CAD design and prototyping through to fabrication, finishing and nationwide delivery.
Its work can involve detailed, bespoke enquiries, where drawings, materials, quantities, finishing requirements and deadlines all need to be understood before a quote can be prepared.
The opportunity was to reduce the admin burden around incoming quote requests, make sure no potentially valuable project goes unanswered, and give the team clearer visibility of each enquiry from first contact to completed order.
What we built
We built an AI-powered enquiry and quoting workflow tailored to bespoke engineering projects:
